We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior Data Scientist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders

- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
