We are ZenithAI, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
