We are SolidPath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Software Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
