We are StardustLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Lead Marketing Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
