We are CorePath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Art Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library

- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
