We are DataForge, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Brand Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
