We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
