We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Email Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
