We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Product Owner to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
