We are SolidPath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
