We are GravityCore, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
