We are DataForge, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Staff BI Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
